Amendment 0001 is hereby issued to provide Q & A and to extend the due date to Tuesday, June 23, 2026 by 12:30 PM MDT. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation No. 75H70726Q00057 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Repairs of Cement Steps for the Mescalero Indian Health Clinic located in Mescalero, NM. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. (ii)

Please submit questions or site visit requests no later than 12:30 pm MDT on Wednesday, June 10, 2026. (viii) This is a total Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) Set-Aside, with a cascading set-aside. Under the Buy Indian Act 25 U.S.C. 47, through the transfer of authority from the Department of Interior to HHS, offers will be solicited from Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (see HHSAR Subpart 326.6) that are also small business concerns.

If there is not enough competition and/or reasonably priced offers received from the ISBEE set-aside, then quotes will be considered for award to other small business concerns. Any acquisition resulting from this cascading set-aside will be from such a concern as follows:
