Product literature, specifications, or manufacturer documentation may be submitted to demonstrate compliance. Indian Economic Enterprise Representation A completed and signed representation meeting the requirements of HHSAR 352.226-7, Indian Economic Enterprise Representation.

SAM Registration Offerors must be actively registered in SAM.gov at the time of quotation submission and award. Required Representations Completed representations required by this solicitation, including FAR 52.209-2 and FAR 52.209-11, if not already completed within the quotation package.
