Special Notice – Notice of Intent Synopsis: This is a notification of the intent to make a Follow-On Award to AMERICAN ACADEMY OF PEDIATRICS (UEI DWN9T4FUL313) under Product/Service Code R408 (Support – Professional: Program Management/Support), and NAICS Code 611430 (Professional and Management Development Training) by Indian Health Service for a BASE Period of twelve (12) months with four (4) Options Periods of twelve (12) months each under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

A Sole Source letter provided by the intended contract awardee is attached. If you can provide the services requested, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the Agency and may be e-mailed to brendon.moran@ihs.gov referencing notice number 75H70425Q00043 by 10AM (EST), 24 September, 2025. A determination by the Government to terminate the intended contract acquisition based upon responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Requirement Description: Child Health Site Vits and Consultation Services. The purpose of this contract is for the contractor to provide continuing support for consultation, education, and promotion of prenatal, newborn, and child health activities on behalf of the IHS and American Indian/Alaska Native families.
