Amendment 3: Sole Source Justification for Controls Pryor Clinic Expansion Construction 1. The purpose of this amendment is to post a sole source justification for a portion of the requirements. 2. This sole source justification is only for the fire alarm system products and maintenance services portion of the construction project currently under solicitation. 3. Automated Logic is the sole source provider for the fire alarm system products and maintenance services. 4. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
