Amendment No. A00009 has been issued to answer questions from prospective offerors, to inform offerors that Wage Determination SD202400021 has been updated, to issue Attachment J09 - Specifications and Plans Addendum 2 and to extend the proposal due date/time from December 18, 2024 to December 23, 2024. Offerors are requested to cc Jenny.Scroggins@ihs.gov when submitting their proposal.

Amendment No. A00008 has been issued to inform offerors that the proposal due date/time has been extended to December 18, 2024, 2:00PM CT. Amendment No. A00007 has been issued to inform offerors that the proposal due date/time has been extended to November 15, 2024, 2:00PM CT.

Amendment No. A00006 has been issued to inform offerors that the proposal due date/time has been extended to October 18, 2024, 2:00PM CT and to issue Attachment J08 - Specifications and Plans Addendum 1. Amendment No. A00005 has been issued to inform offerors that the proposal due date/time has been extended to September, 30, 2024, 2:00PM CT.

Amendment No. A00004 has been issued to inform offerors that Wage Determination SD202400021 has been updated, replace B01 Attachment J07 and to extend the proposal due date/time to August 30, 2024. Amendment No. A00003 has been issued to revise Section L.10, L.11 and Section M and to issue pre-proposal site visit meeting agenda and sign-in sheet.

Amendment No. A00002 has been issued to answer questions from prospective offerors, to extend the proposal due date from July 26, 2024 to August 16, 2024 and to revise Section L.9, L.11 and M.1.1. Amendment No. A00001 has been issued to inform offerors that the site visit has been rescheduled from July 09, 2024 at 9:00AM CT to July 16 2024 at 9:00AM CT.
