Whiteriver HVAC Upgrades & USP 797-800 Compliance

This is a SOLICITATION NOTICE for Solicitation 75H701-24-R-00003 Whiteriver HVAC Upgrades & USP 797-800 Compliance (Whiteriver, AZ) a construction project prepared in accordance with FAR Part 36. These construction services are in support of the Indian Health Service (IHS).

SCOPE OF WORK: The purpose of this project is for a contractor to provide renovation of the existing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems serving the hospital operating rooms and Central Sterilization, dental clinic exhaust, and specialty service building server room as well as upgrades to the hospital inpatient pharmacy to comply with United States Pharmacopeia standards 797 & 800 on the Whiteriver Indian Hospital campus in Whiteriver AZ.

LOCATION OF PROJECT: All work shall be performed at the Whiteriver Indian Hospital, which is located at 200 West Hospital Drive, Whiteriver, Arizona, 85941. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The contract Period of Performance is 365 calendar days from date of notice of proceed.

CONSTRUCTION MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000, in accordance with FAR 36.204(f).

SITE VISIT: Details regarding the Site Visit are included in the solicitation.

CONTRACT TYPE: The Indian Health Service intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract in support of this requirement. This solicitation will be procured as a Request for Proposal (RFP) in accordance with FAR Part 36 procedures with Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria.

For the purposes of this procurement, a concern is considered a small business if its average annual revenue for the last five (5) years is less than $19 million.
