This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Description of Requirement: The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) requires a comprehensive service maintenance agreement for three (3) nitrogen generators. The resulting contract will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. (x) Instructions to Offerors: Proposals must comply with all instructions provided in this combined synopsis/solicitation (75F40125R00114) and its attachments.

Offerors shall submit a complete Statement of Work (SOW) response, pricing, and all required representations and certifications. The Government reserves the right to make an award without discussions if the Contracting Officer determines that the initial offer provides the Best Value to the Government. (xi)
