FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, provisions apply to this acquisition. The applicability of FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services provisions, and the specific evaluation criteria to be included in paragraph (a) of that provision, do not apply to this acquisition. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, with their offers.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be issued; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This requirement is being solicited as a SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE and the Government contemplates a Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with cost reimbursable travel will result from this solicitation. The Solicitation Number is 75F40125R00045.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-05 dated March 2020. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 611430, Professional and Management Development Training Services. No further solicitation will be issued.

The Government reserves the right to award a purchase order/contract without additional communication if the Contracting Officer determines that the initial offer(s) is/are the Best Value and additional communications are not necessary.
