THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, Simplified Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, and 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, provisions apply to this acquisition.

The applicability of FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services provisions, and the specific evaluation criteria to be included in paragraph (a) of that provision, do not apply to this acquisition. The evaluation procedures to be used under this acquisition are prescribed under Basis of Award section in the SOW.

Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, with their offers.FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services provisions, apply to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Products and Commercial Services provisions, apply to this acquisition.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be issued; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is being solicited as a SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE and the Government contemplates a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order will result from this RFP. The Solicitation Number is 75F40125Q00195.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-05 dated March 2020. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334516, Analytical Instruments Includes analytical equipment for laboratory use, such as testing equipment, etc. The Government reserves the right to award a purchase order/contract without additional communication. NO FURTHER SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED.
