Notice of Fair Opportunity Small Business Set Aside - After Exclusion of Sources The US Food and Drug Administration {FDA), Office of Finance Budget Acquisition and Planning, intends to issue a single award from a fair opportunity competition After Exclusion of Sources; to conduct an analysis of all relevant transit options within the FDA White Oak Campus service area, located at 10903 New Hampshire Ave, Silver Spring, Maryland 20993; to update and modify FDA Commuter and Circulator Shuttle Bus schedules servicing the White Oak Campus; based on the results of the analysis with the objective of supplementing the services provided by local public transit agencies; and to provide for service where there are gaps in service provided by public transit agencies.

The propose this acquisition under the exclusion of sources, is for the Government to solicit and negotiate with identified source only. Interested parties may identify their interests and capabilities to respond to the requirement within seven (7) days after the publication of this notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed acquisition, other than Small Business Set Aside - After Exclusion of Sources, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining, not to conduct a set aside competitive requirement. No further solicitation is available.

FDA will consider all responses received prior to the closing date of this notice and will use responses in determining, whether it is necessary to use full and open competition for this requirement.
