Notice of Fair Opportunity - 8(a) After Exclusion of Sources The US Food and Drug Administration {FDA), Office of Finance Budget Acquisition and Planning, intends to issue a single award from a fair opportunity competition After Exlusion of Sources, based on a result of an RFI 75F40124R00005, issued on 10/06/23 - to provide transportation, transit, and parking related services for the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Services on the White Oak Campus (WO), located at 10903 New Hampshire Ave, Silver Spring, Maryland 20993. The propose this acquisition After Exclusion of Sources, is for the Government to solicit and negotiate with identified source only.

Interested parties may identify their interests and capabilities, to respond to the requirement within seven (7) days after the publication of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed acquisition, as 8(a) Set Aside - After Exclusion of Sources, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining, not to conduct a set aside competitive requirement.

No further solicitation is available. FDA will consider all responses received prior to the closing date of this notice and will use responses in determining, whether it is necessary to use full and open competition for this requirement.
