This will be awarded as Firm-Fixed Price as competed as Full and Open. Prospective Offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation and any amendments from SAM.GOV.

OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE For the development of bioassays using peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) and/or isolated immune cells, we require a reliable and steady source of blood products from human donors.
