NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: MIKE MODELING SOFTWARE LICENSE AND MAINTENANCE This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 and 13.501(a), as supplemented with additional information in this notice. The FDA is not requesting competitive quotes due to this being anticipated as a sole-source requirement. Period of Performance May 1, 2024 – April 30, 2025 inclusive of options.

Solicitation Number 75F40124Q00056 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The Government contemplates issuing a firm fixed-price purchase order resulting from this solicitation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular March 2024, dated February 23, 2024. Solicitation Closing Date: Monday, April 29, 2024 at 2:00pm Eastern Time (ET) via email to Nakita.Putty@fda.hhs.gov. It would be appreciated if the quote can be submitted sooner than the due date.
