This acquisition supports modernization of Building 10 (central plant) at the CDC Roybal Campus in Atlanta, Georgia. The objective is to provide complete design-build services to replace aging chilled-water plant equipment, improve electrical and controls infrastructure, maintain continuity of campus operations during phased execution, and deliver a fully commissioned and documented facility. PLEASE SUBMIT OR RESUBMIT VISITOR SHEET AND NON DISCLOSURE BY 4PM ON MAY 14, TO RECEIVE THE REQUIRED DRAWINGS AND ACCESS TO THE SITE VISIT.
