Notice of Intent to Sole Source Chenega Services & Federal Solutions, LLC

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to award a sole source firm-fixed-price purchase order to Chenega Services & Federal Solutions, LLC for technical and administrative support services. Chenega Services & Federal Solutions, LLC possesses the specialized expertise, qualified personnel, and demonstrated understanding of the programmatic and operational requirements necessary to provide the required technical and administrative support services.

Based on market research, Chenega Services & Federal Solutions, LLC has been determined to possess the unique combination of technical capabilities, qualified resources, and subject matter expertise required to meet the Government's requirements within the required timeframe.

Based on the Government's assessment of available sources, Chenega Services & Federal Solutions, LLC has been identified as the only source reasonably available to satisfy the requirement within the required schedule and performance parameters. This contract action is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) (SAP). See note below.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations/responses received within [insert number] days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the Government's discretion. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
