Drilling Vertical Borehole

Notice of Intent The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price purchase order to Pinkerton Drilling 6519 Durbin Rd, Catlettsburg, KY 41129 or Coronado Coal Global Resources, Inc. 1636 Honaker Branch Rd. Raven, Va. 24639. The contractor shall drill a surface borehole, perform site preparation, and site reclamation. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with two sources under the authority of FAR 12.2 and 6.103-1.

The Government will evaluate the quotations submitted by Pinkerton Drilling and Coronado Coal Global Resources. Only one offeror will be selected, based on their ability to meet all criteria listed in this request for quote and to perform all required services in accordance with the Statement of Work. The Government does not intend to consider or evaluate quotes from any other sources. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations.
