Merck Stockpile Vaccine Storage and Rotation Contract

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Office of Financial
Resources {OFR), Office of Acquisition Services (OAS), National Center for
Immunization and Respiratory Diseases {NCIRD) in accordance with FAR
12.102, intened to award a contract on an other-than-full-and-open competition
basis as a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) commercial contract to Merck
Sharp and Doh me LLC, 126 East Lincoln Ave., Rahway, NJ 07065 to provide
storage, rotation, and distribution services for stockpiled pediatric vaccines
manufactured by Merck Sharp and Dohme Corporation.

The Government has awarded contract 75D30126D21629 to Merck Sharpe and Dohme LLC on 14 September 2026 as only the vaccine manufacture can store and rotate the vaccine to maintain proper shelf life. Merck has demonstrated the necessary capacity and credit to fulfill the requirements of this Government acquisition as they have performed these type of services before.
