THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) Pittsburgh Campus intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order to Micromain Corporation 823 Congress Ave Ste 300 Austin, Texas 78701-2448. Under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
The requirement is to supply and maintain Micromain’s CMMS EAM SaaS maintenance and facilities management program; a software that is capable of supporting multi-sites. The NIOSH locations that will be supported by this program are the NIOSH Pittsburgh, NIOSH Morgantown, NIOSH Cincinnati, and the NIOSH Spokane location The Period of Performance is:
Base period: 9/30/2025 through 09/29/2026 Option period 1: 9/30/2026 through 09/29/2027 Option period 2: 9/30/2027 through 09/29/2028 Option period 3: 9/30/2028 through 09/29/2029 Option period 4: 9/30/2029 through 09/29/2030 The anticipated award date of this action is on or before September 30, 2025. The applicable NAICS code is 513210: Software Publishers. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for the requirement.
Sources interested in responding to this notice are required to submit a capability statement that includes management and technical data and cost information, in sufficient detail and with convincing evidence that clearly demonstrates the capability to provide the warranties and proof as being capable of providing the requesting services. Capability statements shall not exceed 2 (8.5 x 11 inch) pages using a font size no smaller than 10-point.
All capability statements received by the due date of this notice will be considered by the Government. A request for documentation or additional information or submissions that only ask questions will not be considered as an affirmative response. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement or to proceed with a sole source purchase order. Capability statements are due by 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), September 11, 2025.
