Combined Synopsis/Solicitation The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to Luminex Corp., 12212 Technology Blvd. Austin, Tx 78727. (CAGE Code: 1K8M4) for brand-name supplies and reagents. The purpose of this acquisition is to purchase brand name supplies and reagents required for use with the Luminex LX200. The Luminex multiplex platform allows simultaneous detection of multiple analytes in a single sample.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations/responses received by 01 May 2025 at 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
