The following is included in Amendment 0001 of solicitation 75D30124R72963: The closing date has been extended to June 10, 2024 4:00 pm EDT. Attachment “Amendment 0001 Submitted Questions and Answers” provides responses to questions processed thus far. Attachment “75D30124R72963 Revised by Amendment 0001” is a revised version of the solicitation with all revisions incorporated in the color “red”.

The following is a summary of these revisions: Extend the closing date in block 8 on page 1 of the solicitation to June 10, 2024 4:00 pm EDT. Revision of all CLIN’s relating to Core Operations & Maintenance to reflect a change in contract type from time and material to labor hour located in the Schedule of Supplies/Services (starting on page 3). Revision of delivery of operating plans and procedures from 5 days to 30 days after award under C.5 Operational Requirements (page 30). Update offeror submission instructions under 52.212-1 Addendum 2. - Instructions to Offerors (starting on page 96).

Update 52.212-2 Evaluation- Commercial Products and Commercial Services (starting on page 103).

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged /////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// This is a solicitation notice for an acquisition that is being offered for competition limited to eligible 8(a) participants under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code of 561210- Facilities Support Services with a small business size standard of $47M. Please refer to the attached solicitation and supplemental documents.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Institute for Occupational Safety & Health (NIOSH) is contemplating a single award for this requirement. The resulting contract will be a time and materials type contract with a period of performance of up to 60 months which includes a base period and six (6) subsequent option periods.

The place of performance for this requirement is at the following NIOSH campuses: Pittsburgh, PA Spokane, WA Morgantown, WV Cincinatti, OH Site visits will be held prior to the solicitation closing date. The site visits will serve as an opportunity for vendors to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance. Specific information regarding the site visits are addressed in the attached solicitation. The schedule for the site visits is as follows:
