The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is seeking to award one or more indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts for the purchase of standard adult vaccines.
Item Description and Quantities Covid-19 Vaccine - Adult (Age 19 years and older) Maximum ordering quantity: Up to 30 million doses Minimum ordering quantity: 100 doses Minimum order size: 100 doses Federal Excise Tax: $0.75 per dose Ordering period: One year from date of award The establishment of these contracts provides opportunity to utilize Section 317 vaccine purchase funds to obtain vaccines at prices below those available in the commercial market place In addition, awardees may opt to purchase additional quantities of vaccine for adults under any resulting contract using state and local funds.
Offers shall be submitted by 4:30PM Easter time (EST) on April 17, 2024. Offers shall be submitted electronically (via email) in Microsoft Word and/or Microsoft Excel files to Matthew Nelson, Contract Specialist, lza0@cdc.gov and David Dombeck, Contracting Officer, vwj8@cdc.gov. Offers shall reference RFP No. 75D30124R72942.
This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 15. The solicitation and any amendments issued will be posted on www.SAM.gov when issued. No hard copies of the solicitation and amendments will be mailed. Inquiries about the solicitation shall be submitted to Matthew Nelson, Contract Specialist, at lza0@cdc.gov.
The deadline for questions to be submitted prior to the due date for proposals is April 12, 2024 at 4:30PM EST. The Government may not answer questions received after this date.
