Interface Testing System for Interlaboratory Testing and Validation

Amendment 1: Add attachments to posting Amendment 2: Adding Q&A to attachments This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Requirements (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation is attached to this announcement.

The solicitation number for this requirement is 75D301-24-Q-78358 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using FAR Subpart 13.1 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) National Institute for Occupational Safety & Health (NIOSH) has a requirement for acquisition of an Interface Testing System for Interlaboratory Testing and Validation as described in the attached specifications document. CDC intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract.

Please fill in either the dollar amounts or provide a separate excel spreadsheet containing the same information including a list of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, units of measure, and options, if applicable as described in the attached documents. Please see the attached documents for the delivery schedule, specifications, and proposal information. The quote format is at the discretion of the offeror. It is the bidder's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.

Clauses and provisions may be accessed via the Internet at website https://www.acquisition.gov/ This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05 May 22, 2024. This action is set aside for small businesses under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 333998 All Other Miscellaneous General Purpose Machinery Manufacturing, SBA size standard of 700 employees.

A Firm-Fixed Price purchase order will be issued in writing to the successful bidder. To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this solicitation, contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management. To register apply via the Internet at http://www.sam.gov.
