(THE LAST ATTACHMENT WILL BE DELETED TO REPLACE THE QUESTIONS/ANSWERS FOR THIS SOLICIATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) 75D301-24-Q-78112 . This is a full and open competition requirement for an Uptodate Subscriptions, electronic subscriptions to uptodate for the point of care clinical content for a base plus four option years. The NAICS code is 325412 and the size standard is 1300 employees.

The scope of this effort is to procure Uptodate Subscriptions, electronic subscriptions to uptodate for the point of care clinical content for clinical decision support resource which clinicians trust to make the right point of care decisions. Proposals will be evaluated on three factors: technical, past performance, and evaluated price. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.

Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, with their proposal. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.
