FACILITY SUPPORT RECRUITMENT SERVICES BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (BPA) FOR THE NATIONAL INSTITUTES OF HEALTH (NIH) OFFICE OF RESEARCH FACILITIES (ORF)

The purpose of this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is to provide facility support recruitment services to the National Institutes of Health’s (NIH) Office of Research Facilities (ORF). Through this Sam.gov posting, NIH is providing access to the notice of proposed contract action and solicitation information through the Governmentwide point of entry (GPE).

Thereby, NIH is promoting competition to the maximum extent practicable to obtain services from the source whose offer is the most advantageous to the Government and will consider the administrative cost of the purchases as we make our selection of one or more qualified contractors to supply the services.
