The focus of this research project will be on the recent surge in the creation of Black and Hispanic/Latina women-owned businesses. This research will take place through two tasks.
Task A involves the conducting of a literature review and data analysis which would support the creation of a research methodology. Based on the performance in Task A, Task B will be exercised as an option, and will entail executing the research methodology, based on Council feedback, and creating a full report and any request accompanying deliverables. The report will be 508 compliant and made available on NWBC’s website.
