The service shall include diagnostic evaluation, repair, calibration, proprietary software updates, and replacement of OEM components as necessary to restore and maintain full operational capability in accordance with original manufacturer specifications. Carl Zeiss Microscopy, LLC is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and the only known source capable of providing factory-certified technicians, proprietary diagnostic tools, firmware updates, and genuine replacement parts required to maintain system compatibility and performance integrity.
