January 6, 2025 Dear Sir/Madam: The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), is seeking quotations for a consultant to perform duties of the Global Fund grant implementations at the FMOH described in the below Statement of Work. You are invited to submit your offer quotations in accordance with the requirements specified in this Request for Proposals (RFP). Your offer should be valid for at least 90 days from the submission date.

Should you be interested, please submit any questions by December 31, 2024. Proposals are due by 16:59 p.m. on January 6, 2025. Questions and proposals will be sent to Frehiwot Woldsemayat at – addisprocurement@usaid.gov. This RFP in no way obligates USAID to award a contract, nor does it commit USAID to pay any cost incurred in the preparation and submission of a proposal. The Government reserves the right to reject any offer, if such action is considered to be in the best interest of the Government.

Be aware that all interested offerors must register for a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and complete the registration process in SAM.gov before any award can be made. For detailed information on how to obtain the UEI, please refer to the resources available on SAM.gov.
