Notice of Intent to Negotiate a Non-Competitive Contract Modification

USAID/Guatemala hereby provides notice of its intention to modify contract number 72052020C00001 with Dexis Consulting Inc. for the Justice and Transparency Project.

The modification aims to increase the total estimated cost by $8 million and extend the period of performance by 24 months from April 30, 2025, to April 30, 2027. The purpose of this modification is to enable USAID to provide essential technical assistance in response to priorities set by the new administration of the Government of Guatemala (GOG) regarding transparency and anti-corruption efforts.

The overarching goal of the contract remains to strengthen security and justice sector institutions, enhancing their capacity to investigate, prosecute, and adjudicate crime effectively and efficiently. This strategic approach aims to reduce corruption and impunity in Guatemala, contributing significantly to the reduction of illegal migration.
