Request for Proposals (RFP) for Strengthening Organizational Development for USAID Sri Lanka and Maldives

The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID)/Sri Lanka and Maldives, is seeking proposals from U.S. or non-U.S, non-profit or for-profit organizations or individuals, to provide a Organizational Development Program to USAID/Sri Lanka and Maldives Staff. The goal of this organizational development program is to cultivate a high-performing, resilient, and engaged workforce within USAID/Sri Lanka and Maldives mission.

By focusing on strengthening leadership, communication, and conflict management skills, while simultaneously promoting work-life balance, stress management, and time management techniques, this program aims to enhance both individual and team effectiveness.
