Request for Information/Sources Sought Notice-Countering Violent Extremism in Northeast Syria Among the Youth This Request for Information (RFI) seeks insights on effective strategies to combat violent extremism, particularly among youth, in non-regime areas of Syria with a particular focus on the northeast (NES). The questions included in Attachment 1 aim to gather information on factors contributing to youth vulnerability to violent extremism.

Additionally, the RFI seeks to explore potential partnerships and strategies to engage local communities, public institutions, and the private sector in building youth resilience against extremist messaging and recruitment efforts. By understanding these dynamics, USAID/Syria aims to develop comprehensive, community-driven approaches to prevent youth radicalization and support sustainable peace in the region.
