EconomyPlus (aka Iktisadna)

The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development’s Mission in Egypt (USAID/Egypt), is seeking proposals to provide services to implement the EconomyPlus activity as described in the attached Request for Proposals (RFP) and intends to award one Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) completion type contract, with a total estimated cost between $25 - $30 million, covering a potential period of performance of six (6) years (four base years and two one-year option period). Task orders will not be issued with the contract. The purpose of Amendment 01 is to:

(a) extend the Request for Proposal closing date from July 28, 2024, to August 5, 2024, at 3:00 pm (Cairo Local Time), (b) provide answers to the questions submitted in response to the subject RFP, and (c) amend the RFP as appropriate. The purpose of Amendment 02 to RFP #72026324R00001 is to:

(a) provide answers to questions submitted in response to Amendment 01 to the subject RFP, and (b) amend the RFP accordingly with the updated sections highlighted in yellow. The purpose of the amendment 03 is to cancel the EconomyPlus Solicitation #72026324R00001 for the convenience of the U.S. Government.
