Democracy and Governance Consulting Services

The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency of International Development in Egypt (USAID/Egypt), is seeking quotations from qualified Offerors to provide Democracy and Governance Consulting services. USAID/Egypt anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order (PO) to the Offeror that is found most suitable to meet the requirements in this RFQ. The attached Scope of Work describes the requirements, which includes deliverables to be separately priced.

The Request for Quotation consists of the cover letter and the following sections: Background and Objective Scope of Work and Deliverables Performance Period Payment Terms Selection Criteria Instructions Solicitation Provisions Federal Acquisition Regulation Clauses AIDAR Clauses Special Contract Requirements Amendment # 00002 is issued by USAID/Egypt to provide answers to questions and slightly update the Scope of Work and Deliverables in Section II.
