USAID’s Critical Infrastructure Resilience Activity

Dear Prospective Offerors: The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking proposals to protect and improve Kosovo’s cyber governance and to build capacity in responsible government institutions and targeted critical infrastructure to become more resilient to cyber attacks. The Activity will work with the Government of Kosovo, private sector and associations and other relevant organizations. The Activity is as described in the attached Request for Proposals (RFP).

USAID reserves the right to award the contract subject to availability of funds. This solicitation in no way obligates USAID to award a contract nor does it commit USAID to pay any cost incurred in the preparation and submission of the proposal. USAID appreciates the time and effort put into preparing proposals in response to this solicitation.

Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date for submission of proposals to February 6, 2024. Responses to the questions will be provided in Amendment 2 at a later date. All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged and in full force and effect.

Amendment 2: The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to the questions submitted by interested offerors; and to amend the original RFP. The original RFP#72016724R00002 is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the attached RFP included. All changes to the RFP are highlighted for ease of reference in Amendment No. 2. Attached are:

The Amendment No. 2 RFP#72016724R00002 is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the attached RFP included. All changes to the RFP are highlighted for ease of reference in Amendment No. 3 Attached is the Amendment No. 3 to the RFP#72016724R00002 for USAID/Kosovo’s Critical Infrastructure Resilience Activity.
