You are invited to submit a quote in accordance with the requirements of the attached Statement of Work. This procurement shall be conducted using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. USAID anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. Oral instructions, answers or guidance from any USAID source prior to the award shall not be binding.

Issuance of this solicitation does not constitute an award commitment on the part of the USAID/Moldova, nor does it commit USAID/Moldova to pay for any costs incurred in the preparation or submission of a quote. Furthermore, USAID/Moldova reserves the right to reject any offer if such action is in the best interest of USAID/Moldova.
