DRG-MCS Cadre Support Specialist USPSC

The USPSC will serve as a Specialist at the GS-13 level within the DRG Bureau’s Management and Cadre Support (MCS) Office, specifically on the Cadre Support Team. The PSC will oversee the DRG Bureau’s surge support to provide short, medium, and longer-term technical assistance and coverage to USAID overseas operating units.

The Specialist will serve as the Contracting Officer Representative for an award(s) intended to provide consultant services and/or surge-support to USAID overseas operating units through an ISC contract and/or several U.S. Personal Services Contracts. This will require a sound understanding of budgeting, USAID’s field support database, contracting regulations, and strong organizational skills.
