USPSC - Labor Specialist

The Labor Specialist will be a subject matter expert on worker empowerment, labor rights, and advancing international labor standards globally across multiple sectors who demonstrates a keen sense of discernment and the ability to exercise sound judgment in a fast moving environment.

The Labor Specialist will demonstrate a track record of navigating challenges with a strategic and thoughtful approach and is expected to take initiative and show innovation and resourcefulness in recommending new or improved approaches. The Labor Specialist will have strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills and a willingness to function in a collaborative and collegial environment.

The Labor Specialist will demonstrate sensitivity to others, balanced judgment, and an inclusive approach to teamwork. The Labor Specialist will have the ability to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment, re-prioritizing actions and adjusting workload as needed.
