The Coast Guard intends to solicit, negotiate and award a sole-source procurement (under FAR authority 6.302) to TNVC Inc, 1050 Nevada St., Suite 405, Redlands, Ca. 92374 for the following:

Provide repairs and return of 14 NVGs L3 Harris Model No. BNVD 1531 Repairs to include:

Repair and Replacement of Dual Tube Replacement of Roating Bridge, Part No. BNR-2040-A1 Replacement of Eyepiece Assembly, Part No. BNR-2020-A4 Replacement of L3 F9800 Gen3 Image Intensifier Tub Replacement of L3 Harris Dovetail, Part No. BNG-335 Replacement of L3 Harris BNVD Screw Mounting Bracket, Part No. MHW004-1080AB This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation, however all responsible sources who believe they can meet all of the requirements may submit a capability statement that demonstrates clear and convincing evidence of capability, addressing the points identified above.
