This is a fixed-price, competitive procurement. In accordance with FAR 12.301(b), the following is a brief explanation of the award. No other oral or written debriefings will be given. Solicitation provision 52.212-2 provided the evaluation criteria for award. Pursuant to the provision, quotations were evaluated in an efficient and minimally burdensome fashion.
