Base Elizabeth City High Mast Light Fixture Replacement

The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, parts, and materials to remove and replace the fixtures in three (3) high mast lights in accordance with specifications provided. This scope of work will encompass removing the fixtures and bulbs in the three (3) existing high mast lights (these are 1500-watt metal halide bulbs) and replacing with new 600-watt LED bulbs IAW scope of work.

Work to be performed at USCG Base Elizabeth City, 1664 Weeksville RD, Elizabeth City, NC 27909. All quotes must be submitted by NOON Eastern Time on May 21, 2025. All quotes must be submitted via email to Tyrone.L.Mason@uscg.mil. Ensure blocks 14 (Include UEI) through 20c and 30a, 30b and 30c of the SF 1442, and pricing are completed before emailing.

Site visit to the solicitation will be May 14th at 10:30 AM. If you or your team plan on attending, please be sure to meet at the front gate with proper ID, vehicle registration, and insurance. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 221122 The small business standard is 1,100 Employees.

All eligible responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the United States Coast Guard, however those submitting quotes that do not have an active vendor record at SAM.gov or meet the size requirements prior to the RFQ due date and time will be considered either ineligible or non-responsive and will not be considered for award. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.

The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. *Site visit is not required for this action but is highly encouraged. Contact the unit COR to request a site visit. Questions about this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Specialist at the email address listed above, no later than NOON May 16, 2025. An amendment may be posted to clear up any ambiguities or answer all questions received at one time. No oral questions will be accepted.
