Award Announcement 70Z07924FBOD40001 IT Research and Advisory Support Licenses

The objective of this requirement is to obtain relevant research and tailored advisory services via license subscriptions to assist the USCG with maintaining, improving and modernizing its IT infrastructure and business practices.

The licenses must provide the responsive delivery of actionable, objective and independent insights that inform strategic planning and decision making, and allow the USCG to implement government and industry best practices across the broad range of current and emerging subject areas including but not limited to cloud and data, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), mobility, DoDIN operations/DOD 365, IT security implementation, application development using Agile and DevSecOps methodologies, contracting actions, budgetary formulation and execution, enterprise architecture, and ubiquitous global connectivity.

The licenses and associated services must assist the USCG to enhance the management of current IT services as well as accelerate the design and implementation of future IT initiatives. It is imperative that the licenses and associated services have significant depth and breadth across every aspect of the current and emerging IT/enterprise service delivery landscape.
