COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Instructions to offerors, evaluation criteria, and all applicable FAR Provisions and Clauses are attached.

The solicitation number is 70Z045-25-Q-KODI0068 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Government Estimate Less than $25,000.00 The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and Construction clauses are those in effect through FAC# 2025-03 Effective Date 1/17/2025 Department of Labor Wage and Determination No 2015-5687, Revision No 24, dated 12/22/2024 is applicable to this requirement.
