USCG AIRSTATION SITKA ANNUAL INSPECTION HANGAR AND OVERHEAD DOORS

COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 70Z04524-Q-KODI0089 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and Commercial Products and Commercial Services clauses are those in effect through FAC 2024-06 WD# 2015-5687 REV 23, DATED: 06/22/2024 52.204-24, Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment 52.204-25, Prohibition on Contracting for Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services Equipment Evaluations will be made based on specifications of supplies offered, price and delivery time. After evaluation award will be FIRM FIXED PRICE to the lowest offer technically acceptable. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for SMALL BUSINESS.

REQUIREMENT

USCG AIRSTATION SITKA U.S. COAST GUARD AIRSTATION SITKA HANGAR DOOR INSPECTION IAW THE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

CONTRACTOR WILL PROVIDE ALL SUPERVISION, LABOR, EQUIPMENT, MATERIALS, AND TRANSPORTATION FOR:

1. Troubleshoot & Inspect 04 hangar doors.

2. Inspect electrical system (control panel, limit switch function, control station, safety devices, etc.)..

3. Inspect drive equipment, cables, sheaves, lifting shaft, side guide rollers, counterweight, overall structural condition, etc.

4. Provide general preventative maintenance (lube, tighten, adjust) to include repairs that can be reasonably performed during inspection.

5. Written inspection report provided upon completion.

6. Provide itemized quotes for any repairs that could not be made during inspection * Please see attached SOW for additional information Specifications attached. Where Federal Acquisition Regulation clause language is inconsistent with FAR 13.004, Legal Effect of Quotations, that language is hereby tailored in accordance with FAR 12.302 to be consistent with a request for quotations. This tailoring includes but is not limited to the following:

In accordance with FAR 13.004, a quotation is not an offer, and any clause provision to the contrary is hereby modified to be consistent with FAR 13.004. Where the word "offer/offeror" or a derivative of that word appears, it is changed to "quote/quoter" or a derivative of that word.
