This is a special notice of the United States Coast Guard's intent to award 70Z04026Q50248B000 as a SOLE SOURCE award for The purchase of twenty (20) Sterndrive P/N: 5E31200UP – BRAVO NSN: 2010-01-618-9465, 32 TPSB .This determination is in accordance with 13.106-1(b) ONLY ONE RESPONSIBLE SOURCE AND NO OTHER SUPPLIES OR SERVICES WILL SATISFY AGENCY REQUIREMENTS. For more information on the circumstances please reference the attached JOTFOC.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued
