NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Project Title:

USCG SECTOR WRNAK - USARCTIC: RISK ASSESSMENT SOFTWARE The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price award for USCG SECTOR WRNAK - USARCTIC: RISK ASSESSMENT SOFTWARE to Research Planning, Inc. at 1121 Park Street, Columbia, SC 29201-3137 DUNS/Unique Id #: 800953984 / CKFZMK7X16M1.

The proposed procurement is for RISK ASSESSMENT SOFTWARE that the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, where delay of award would result in serious impairment to the government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice, This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals.
