USCG Sector Anchorage - Arctic Personnel Lodging

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Instructions to offerors, evaluation criteria, and all applicable FAR Provisions and Clauses are attached.

The solicitation number is 70Z035-24-Q-000027 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for SMALL BUSINESS.

NAICS CODE: 721119 Where Federal Acquisition Regulation clause language is inconsistent with FAR 13.004, Legal Effect of Quotations, that language is hereby tailored in accordance with FAR 12.302 to be consistent with a request for quotations. This tailoring includes, but is not limited to the following:

In accordance with FAR 13.004, a quotation is not an offer, and any clause provision to the contrary is hereby modified to be consistent with FAR 13.004. Where the word "offer/offeror” or a derivative of that word appears, it is changed to "quote/quoter” or a derivative of that word.

SCOPE:

1. Domestic single occupancy housing unit such as hotel/condo/apartment or combination of such. Requirement is currently for 1 individual housing/hotel/condo/apartment unit with the potential to expand to 02 units depending on personnel needs to support mission needs.

2. Minimum Requirements per Member: furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom single occupancy to include kitchen facilities (stove/oven, fridge/freezer, sink/dishwasher, microwave, plates/pots/pans/silverware), washer/dryer and/or access to laundry facilities, and parking for a minimum of 01 vehicle. Located within reasonable commuting distance (30-50 miles) of USCG Sector Anchorage in Anchorage, AK.

3. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 01 May 2024 – 30 September 2024. USCG Sector Anchorage has a requirement to purchase: Adequate single occupancy units such as hotel/condo/apartment or combination of such.

Minimum Requirements: Furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom to include kitchen facilities and parking for a minimum of 01 vehicle. Located within reasonable commuting distance (30-50 miles) of USCG Sector Anchorage in Anchorage, AK. All pertinent details can be found in the attached Statement of Work.
