Description of Requirement: Roof Replacement for Building 9 at U.S. Coast Guard Tongue Point. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC# 2025-06 Effective Date 10/01/2025, HSAR 12/26/2024, HSAM October 2009, CGAP 06/20/2025. The Davis Bacon Act WD # OR20260001 Modification# 1 date of last revision 01/23/2026 applies. Instructions to offerors, evaluation criteria, and all applicable FAR Provisions and Clauses are attached. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for SMALL BUSINESS. The associated NAICS code is 238160. Size standards in millions of dollars $19.0.
