The Service Contract Act WD # 2015-5563 revision # 24 date of last revision 12/23/2024 applies. Instructions to offerors, evaluation criteria, and all applicable FAR Provisions and Clauses are attached. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for SMALL BUSINESS.
