Trash Services at Sector Columbia River

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 70Z03325QBASEA012 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The contract will be awarded based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, Technical Capabilities, Past Performance and Price.

Description of Requirement: trash collection services. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC# 2023-05 Effective Date 08/08/2023, HSAR 9/14/2023, HSAM 06/11/2024, CGAP 05/08/2024. The Service Contract Act WD # 2015-5563 revision # 23 date of last revision 07/22/2024 applies. 52.232-18 Availability of Funds. Availability of Funds (Apr 1984) Funds are not presently available for this contract.

The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.

Instructions to offerors, evaluation criteria, and all applicable FAR Provisions and Clauses are attached. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for SMALL BUSINESS. The associated NAICS code is 562111. Size standards in millions of dollars is $47.0.
