26JUL25 - Revised Scope of Work to include the following:
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The project must be completed by 01NOV2025. It’s anticipated that the lumber is a 6-8 week lead time. That leaves one month to complete work on site once materials are accounted for. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 70Z03325Q37400029 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The contract will be awarded based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, Technical Capabilities, Past Performance and Price.
Description of Requirement: pier deck replacement. All site visits must occur before July, 25th 2025. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC# 2025-04 Effective Date 06/11/2025, HSAR 12/26/2024, HSAM October 2009, CGAP 06/20/2025. Davis-Bacon Act WD # OR20250001Modification #6 Construction Highway Last Revised Date Jul 11, 2025 Instructions to offerors, evaluation criteria, and all applicable FAR Provisions and Clauses are attached.
