Description of Requirement: Garage door removal and replacement. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC# 2025-03 Effective Date 01/17/2025, HSAR 12/26/2024, HSAM 12/30/2024, CGAP 12/11/2024. The Service Contract Act WD # 2015-5549 revision # 26 date of last revision 12/23/2024 applies. Instructions to offerors, evaluation criteria, and all applicable FAR Provisions and Clauses are attached. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for SMALL BUSINESS.
